Is there a print on demand service available for physical products?
Yes, there is a print on demand service called Printful. We will be using their services in order to give you the physical products. We will be handling the communication with Printful given that we use them as a vendor for physical products, the customer will have to provide the order confirmation and email within Shopify of their order.

Am I able to cancel an order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order. Make sure you are fully committed to your purchase before you think about canceling. You will have 24 hours upon receiving the order that you can cancel your order. Otherwise after 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped to your residence.

Am I able to receive a refund on physical products?
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within it typically takes 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Am I able to receive a refund on digital products
There will be no returns on digital download products, also such as like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

When I make a digital purchase, how will I receive the download?
When the customer makes a digital download purchase, they will receive a download link to their email provided within ordering process. Please note if there are any updates within the digital product you will receive a update link to your email for your charge and there is no expiration date on the download link.
What if the digital download does not work after purchasing?
If you're digital download does not work after purchasing, please provide the following information in order for us to resend you the download link. You will need to provide us with your confirmation email and your order number provided within the purchase. If the customer can't open the file after two attempts, We will re-create the order and send you a working link free of charge.
